Questions
What can you edit in my photo?
We can: remove neighboring houses and small objects, green up the grass, brighten the sky and add landscaping.
We can't: remove large trees or shadows blocking the house, change the angle, recolor the whole house, or add or remove snow. Adding people or pets usually doesn't look right.
What kind of photo works best?
A high-resolution, well-lit shot with a clear view of the house and a tidy yard. Avoid the sun directly behind the house. Listing photos from Zillow, Trulia or Google Street View work too.
How do framing and mats work?
A mat is the white border between the art and the frame. With a mat, your portrait stays the size you picked and the frame goes up one size (a 5x7" portrait comes in an 8x10" frame).
What is a digital file?
A high-resolution file of your finished portrait, emailed to you. Nothing is shipped — print it at home or at any print shop.
