These Terms of Service govern your use of the LMT Creative website and your purchase of products from LMT Creative. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LMT Creative.
1. Online Store Terms
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website.
You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, pricing errors, intellectual property concerns, or violations of these Terms.
2. Products and Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colors, photographs, dimensions, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
However, colors may appear differently depending on your monitor, phone, screen settings, lighting, printing process, materials, and other factors. Slight variations in color, placement, sizing, texture, or appearance are not necessarily considered defects.
Many LMT Creative products are handmade, printed, customized, or made to order. Minor variations may occur between products.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
3. Custom and Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information submitted with an order, including names, dates, addresses, spelling, wording, photographs, colors, sizes, and other personalization details.
LMT Creative is not responsible for errors contained in information submitted or approved by the customer.
Once production has begun on a personalized or custom product, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Custom and personalized products are final sale except when an item arrives damaged or defective, the wrong item is received, or LMT Creative made an error in producing the order.

4. Proofs and Customer Approval
Certain custom products may include a digital proof before production.
When a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all elements of the design, including spelling, names, dates, addresses, layout, colors, photographs, and other personalized information.
Approval of a proof constitutes authorization for LMT Creative to produce the item as shown.
Changes requested after a proof has been approved may result in additional charges or may not be possible if production has already begun.
Production and shipping timelines may be affected by delays in receiving customer responses or proof approvals.
5. Customer-Submitted Photos, Images and Content
By uploading or submitting photographs, images, text, logos, artwork, or other content to LMT Creative, you represent that you own the content or have permission and the legal right to use it for the product you are ordering.
You grant LMT Creative permission to use the submitted content as necessary to create, manufacture, fulfill, and deliver your order.
You agree not to submit content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
LMT Creative reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order involving content that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.
6. Artwork and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all original designs, artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs, website content, branding, templates, and other creative materials created by LMT Creative remain the intellectual property of LMT Creative.
Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, copyright, trademark, template, production file, or other intellectual property unless expressly agreed to in writing.
LMT Creative designs and artwork may not be reproduced, copied, resold, distributed, modified for resale, or used commercially without our written permission.
Customer-provided photographs, artwork, trademarks, and other customer-owned materials remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Pricing and Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information are accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or other error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order and issue a refund when appropriate.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.
Discount codes and promotions may be subject to additional conditions and may not be combined unless specifically stated.
8. Production and Shipping
Production and delivery estimates displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Production times may vary based on order volume, customization requirements, proof approval, seasonal demand, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing is generally outside of our direct control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you receive an incorrect item, or LMT Creative made an error in fulfilling your order, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, or other information necessary to evaluate the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, we may correct or replace the item or issue an appropriate refund.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized specifically for each customer, custom and personalized items generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a qualifying problem with the order.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website may use services provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and other service providers.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our control.
