Will I see a proof?
Only if you ask for one: tick "Email me a proof" and add your email. Please reply within 3 business days; if we don't hear back we'll assume it's approved and make your ornament.
What kind of photo works best?
A high-resolution, well-lit shot with a clear view of the house and a tidy yard. Avoid the sun directly behind the house. Listing photos from Zillow, Trulia or Google Street View work too.
What can you edit in my photo?
We can: remove neighboring houses and small objects, green up the grass, brighten the sky and add landscaping.
We can't: remove large trees or shadows blocking the house, change the angle, recolor the whole house, or add or remove snow.
Can I order more than one, or add a gift box?
Yes. At the bottom of the page you can add matching ornaments with the same house (ceramic $11 or gold & glass $15 each) and gift boxes ($3 each). Great for grandparents, siblings or your realtor.
