Our design team gets to work and emails you a proof within a couple of business days. Request revisions, approve it, and we print, check and ship it out.
Questions
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo taken at your pet's eye level, with their face in focus. Natural daylight is best. If you're ordering for more than one pet, send a photo of each — they don't need to be in the same picture.
Can you put several pets in one portrait?
Yes — choose up to 4 pets in step 1. We'll combine them into one portrait from separate photos and show you on your proof.
What is the halo?
A soft halo above your pet's head. Many customers add it to a memorial portrait. It's free — just turn it on in step 3.
Can I choose a background color?
Our watercolor portraits are designed on a clean white background with soft watercolor accents around your pet. Want something different? Add a note under special requests.
How do framing and mats work?
A mat is the white border between the art and the frame. With a mat, your portrait stays the size you picked and the frame goes up one size (a 5x7" portrait comes in an 8x10" frame).
What is a digital file?
A high-resolution file of your finished portrait, emailed to you. Nothing is shipped — print it at home or at any print shop.
