  • Add your personalization

    Customize your own title, add the address and any custom text, and even add framing to your product! Be sure to include any special editing requests for your portrait. See our FAQ on what can and cannot be edited.

  • Receive your proof

    Once we receive your order, our team of artists will get to work on your portrait! You will be emailed a proof within a couple of business days and from there you can request any revisions be made. After your approval your order is printed, checked for quality, and shipped out!

What can be edited in and out of my photo?

WHAT WE CAN DO: Remove neighboring houses, green up the grass, remove small items that don't block the house, brighten up the sky, add in landscaping

WHAT WE CAN'T DO: Remove large objects that block the house (ie. large trees/bushes, large shadows), rotate the angle of the house, work from most old photos, recolor the entire house, add snow or remove snow on a house. We also do not recommend requesting adding in people or pets as the angles are usually not quite right!

If you're not sure, please reach out to us and we'll let you know if your edit requests are feasible!

What kind of photos do you accept?

For the best results, please provide a high-resolution photo of your house. Ensure good lighting, a clean yard without debris, and an unobstructed view of the house. Avoid having the sun directly behind the house as it does cause unwanted lense flares.

How does framing work and what is a mat?

If you've chosen a framing option, our talented production team will carefully frame up your artwork and thoughtfully package it for shipping! 

A mat is a protective and decorative border placed between the artwork or photo and the frame's glass. Please note that if you choose a mat, your artwork will be the "portrait size" and your frame will be one size up from that. Refer to the chart below for sizing. 

 

What is a digital file?

A digital file is a file of your completed artwork that is mailed to you. When you select this option, nothing physical is shipped to you. From there you can print from home or a local printing company.
